STUART VANCE - DIRECTOR -

Stuart has an acute understanding of the complex needs of business, built over 25 years of real life experience gained in the retail and business world.

  

Stuart’s knowledge and understanding of the complexities of business has been built over many years, beginning early with his work in the family business. Moving from McEwans and then to Bunnings, Stuart gained 17 years management experience working in all aspects of the business: Store operations, Store Development, Procurement, Learning and Development and Human Resources. Stuart became HR Manager NSW/ACT, with Bunnings, before returning to Melbourne to become Bunnings first ever, Procurement & Supply Manager, responsible for both Australia and New Zealand.

 

Stuart’s commitment to the  success of Australian businesses, through careful selection and recruitment of talented people, was his motivation for establishing Tenfour Recruitment in 2007.
